Payment Policy
Invoices
Invoices are sent on Sunday's by midnight. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours. If invoices are not paid within 48 hours, your items will be returned to inventory. Failure to pay invoices by the deadline on multiple occasions will result in you being prohibited from shopping and/or claiming items in the future.
Accepted Forms of Payment
All major credit cards, Square, Sezzle, PayPal, Zelle and Cash App are accepted.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged immediately when you pay your invoice. If for any reason we cannot fulfill order, your credit card will be refunded.
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy
If a piece is beyond repair, you have three (3) days from when you receive your order to report any missing or damage pieces. Please email lindasglamorousgems@gmail.com. Please include your name, order #, and a photo of the damaged piece. After the 3 day time period, no refunds will be given. No Exchanges Allowed.
Shipping Policy
Turnaround Time
All orders are shipped Tuesdays and Fridays following payment. You should receive your package within 3 business days. If you have not received your package within this timeframe, please email lindasglamorousgems@gmail.com.
Carriers
We ship all orders through USPS. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly.
Shipping Rates
Shipping Rate is a flat $5 shipping, no matter the weight. If you spend $50 or more, your order will ship for free.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
Security and Storage
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
